OrangeTee & Tie Pte. Ltd. and our related companies ("OrangeTee", "we", "us", or "our") operate the OTIQ mobile application and the associated OTIQ platform (collectively, the "Offerings"). OTIQ is a professional sales and collaboration platform designed exclusively for CEA-registered estate salespersons and authorised OrangeTee property consultants in Singapore.
OTIQ accounts are provisioned or authorised by OrangeTee. Users do not create or register OTIQ accounts directly through the App.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process your Personal Data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
By downloading, accessing, or using OTIQ, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. We will collect, use, or disclose your Personal Data for the purposes described in this Policy and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Where consent is required under applicable law, we will obtain your consent before collecting, using, or disclosing your Personal Data.
OrangeTee & Tie Pte. Ltd. is responsible for the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data under the PDPA. You may contact our Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided at the end of this Policy.
Depending on how you use OTIQ, we may collect the following categories of Personal Data.
We may collect and process information associated with your OTIQ account, including:
Authentication and session credentials are used to establish and maintain secure authenticated sessions and are stored using secure mechanisms on supported devices where applicable.
When you use OTIQ features relating to appointments and client management, we may process information that you voluntarily enter or submit, including:
OTIQ does not currently collect or upload a client's full personal profile, personal identification number, or client phone number through the appointment features described above.
Depending on the features you use, OTIQ may process information relating to your participation in professional activities, including:
These records are used to support professional collaboration, project operations, and related business workflows.
OTIQ may process certain information to provide its search and project features, including:
Search history stored locally on your device is not uploaded to the OTIQ backend solely for the purpose of maintaining your local search history.
OTIQ provides property-related calculators and analysis tools. Certain information entered into these tools may be processed locally on your device, including information such as:
Where these inputs are processed solely for local calculations, they are not uploaded to the OTIQ backend as a client profile.
Certain project or unit filters may, however, be transmitted as search parameters when required to retrieve inventory or project information from the OTIQ backend.
OTIQ uses standard network and real-time communication technologies to provide its services.
This may include:
OTIQ does not use these WebSocket connections to collect device telemetry or behavioural tracking information.
To provide push notifications, OTIQ may collect and process:
We associate push registration data with your OTIQ account so that notifications are sent only to authorised users and the correct app installation. We use this information to deliver project-update and operational notifications, manage registration changes, prevent delivery to stale or reassigned installations, retry failed deliveries, and investigate delivery issues.
Notification payloads may contain a project-update title and brief summary, a notification identifier, an update identifier and, where relevant, a project identifier. Accessing the underlying content continues to require a valid OTIQ session and the applicable permissions.
OTIQ uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (“FCM”) to deliver push notifications and, on Apple devices, Apple Push Notification service (“APNs”). Google and Apple may process push identifiers and notification delivery information to provide these services.
We do not use push identifiers for advertising, behavioural profiling, or tracking you across third-party apps or websites.
You may decline or disable notifications through your device settings. You can continue using OTIQ, but you may not receive timely project updates or operational alerts. OTIQ may deactivate a push registration when you sign out, when the registration becomes invalid, or when the installation is no longer eligible to receive notifications.
OTIQ may interact with certain third-party services to provide specific functionality.
OTIQ uses Singapore OneMap services to display maps and property/project locations based on coordinates supplied by our servers.
OTIQ does not request or transmit your device's GPS location to OneMap for these features.
Where you choose to share project updates, announcements, or other content using the device's system sharing functionality, the selected content may be provided to the application or service that you choose to receive it.
Such third-party applications and services operate according to their own privacy policies and practices.
OTIQ may display or open web-based content and HTTPS URLs provided through the OTIQ platform. When you access a third-party website or service, that website or service may process information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Based on the current functionality of OTIQ, OTIQ does not request or access:
The push notification identifiers described in Section 2.7 are used solely for notification delivery and related service operations. They are not advertising identifiers and are not used for behavioural or cross-app tracking.
OTIQ does not track your physical location.
OTIQ also does not currently use analytics services to collect feature usage events or behavioural analytics.
OTIQ does not currently actively transmit crash or diagnostic reports through Sentry.
If these capabilities are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the relevant privacy disclosures will be updated before or when such processing begins.

OTIQ is primarily operated in Singapore.
Push notification data may be processed outside Singapore by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers receive a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
Where trusted service providers process or store Personal Data outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the transferred Personal Data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
OTIQ is intended exclusively for CEA-registered estate salespersons and authorised OrangeTee property consultants.
